New Building
High technical standards on our vessels are our prime concern. By maintaining high quality standards we are able to reduce maintenance and service, and thus the operating costs of our vessels.

HTTS aims at establishing its new building department for supervising the construction of 10 chemical carrier vessels in HHI under negotiation with its major customer.

Commercial Management
In cooperation with our exclusive brokers, commercial partners and agents we offer a full commercial management package ranging from the delivery of the vessel, fixture and post-fixture operations to assistance with sale and purchase activities.

Technical Management
Our Technical Management, including Logistics & Purchasing, supported by our effective safety and quality manuals offers a high level of experience and expertise with the challenge of enforcing the highest safety and quality standards and cost control across the fleet.

We offer competitive and efficient ship management services, focusing on a high level of maintenance to protect the asset value with long-term perspectives. Best practice in supervision and maintenance of the vessel guarantees a trouble free operation. Unforeseen repairs are remedied both economically and at short notice.

We have gained considerable purchasing power with experienced and worldwide reliable suppliers by incorporating in a procurement pool of our worldwide partners. This results in cost effective procurement and immediate availability of genuine spare parts and services.

Our reliable ship to shore communication software results in smooth vessel operations. We maintain high cost effectiveness with our seamless our integrated Ship/Shore software program which feeds ship data directly to our superintendents and accountants and links us direct to our subcontractors and service providers.

Crew Management
Crewing is for us one of the most important factors in running ships under our management. We have established a pool of highly-qualified officers and ratings for our managed fleet, focusing on the on-going demand for experienced and loyal officers and ratings in an internationally expanding merchant fleet.

Our present crewing agency is one of the most experienced and reliable crewing suppliers in Asia with remarkable history of 40 years in this business and presently raising its pool of sea farer officers and rating based on precise training in its own various training centers incorporating latest simulation technology.

In addition to our Asian sources of crew supply, we are in contract with worlds most distinguished crewing suppliers in Europe for European officers and ratings.

We are continuously investing time and energy in increasing the capabilities of our seafarers. To meet future challenges we are developing new crewing sources with other worldwide distinguished crewing managers, searching after new training centers and improving our cooperation with local crewing agencies.

Risk Management
Shipping has always been a business with a high risk exposure. Safety has absolute priority on board our Fleet. This relates to the personal safety of our seafarers as well as the protection of the assets and the environment.

Effective training resources and safety related informative material are incorporated to train and convey information on critical operations, risk assessment and accidents to our shore and sea personnel and to initiate training elements, procedural changes and to ensure safe and accident-free operation of our Fleet.

Administration
HTTS provides professional accounting, treasury and financial reporting services as they are essential in cost control monitoring and optimizing the financial performance of each vessel.
