Captain J. Berger: Container Ship Planner/Operation Manager, Master Mariner. More than 15 years planning experience for several international companies and various different vessel types.

Captain Hans Scholz: General Cargo Ship planner & Operation Manager, Master Mariner, former employee at a number of leading German shipping Companies including Operation Manager in Proline and Scanscott, former employee of C. Steinweg (Sud-West Terminal) in Hamburg.

Captain E. Ansarian: DPA & CSO, Holder of Master Degree under STCW, Holder of ISM Lead auditor certificate by LR, He has worked in his carrier as Master on board most of the vessels presently under management of HTTS, experience in Taking over ships from new building in Yards as owner Representative and sailing maiden voyage, He has initiated and established the ISM code in several companies, Marine superintendent, Dpa & Cso for a number of years in charge of a fleet of 90 dry cargo vessels in his ex employment, Commercial & Operation Line Manager.

Petra Laupichler: Purchasing Officer, Logistic support & Technical Controller/Ship repairs and documents handler, ex-Hapag Lloyd Container Line.

Heiko Baum: Senior Chartering Accountant, Holder of Tax & Economic Advisory, over 25 years as Accountant, Ship Finance Manager, German KG Tax consultant and Auditor in various companies/firms including German Member of Top-Ten Auditing Groups & Alliances.

Gabriel Wendt: Senior Shipping Accountant, ex-employee at a number of leading German Shipping Companies like Frachtcontor Junge, Transnautic Shipping, Alster Shipping & Chartering, over 30 years experience as accountant and bookkeeping in Shipping.

Horst-Peter Lemke: Senior Ship accountant, Holder of Industrial Economic Diploma, 21 years of experience in Ship agency, cargo forwarding and insurance Companies, Bookkeeping & account controlling Manager.

Captain Ingo M. Reich: Marine Superintendent and Crewing Manager: Master Mariner (AG) with a seagoing experience of 34 years. He sailed on General Cargo Ships and the last 18 years on Container Ships of a size of up to 4.400 TEU as Master experience in New Building Supervision in Korea and Germany for leading German Ship-owners. Certified CSO and Internal Auditor ISM/ISO 9001 (G.L.).  CSO and DPA for a leading German Bulk Carrier Operator. Operations Manager / Supercargo Container for a line operator between Germany and the Middle East.

M. Ghouchani: Technical manager & Superintendent, Holder of MSC in Ship management & Marine operation from UK-John Morse University , Holder of Chief Engineer Certificate under STCW 98, Holder of Lead auditor certificate by LR. He has worked in his carrier as Chief engineer on board, New Building supervisor in construction of 16 vessels (container & bulk panama), Superintendent on 1000 to 6500 TEU container vessels, Deputy General manager container division, Ship repair manager in, Senior Technical Superintendent & Fleet Group Manager in his ex employment in charge of management of Multi Purpose Carrier and Container vessels ranging from 1000 TEU to 6500 TEU with nominal capacity.

Björn Laumann: Purchasing Officer worked for Bernhard Schulte in Hamburg for 2,5 years as purchaser with the responsibility for 6 ships.
